Ingredients
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 cup canned black beans
- 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup canned corn
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt, to taste
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
- Combine the avocado, black beans, cherry tomatoes, corn and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle lime juice over top and sprinkle with salt. Stir together until well mixed.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
